What PeerlyCollect is

PeerlyCollect is a platform for individual collectors to keep a vault of their cards, coins, comics and other collectibles ("items"), share a page, and buy, sell, and trade directly with each other. Every sale is between the buyer and the seller. PeerlyCollect is not a party to any sale or trade. We don't process payments, hold items, or ship anything, and there are no transaction fees.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password private.
• Staff support activity on a member's behalf does not constitute that member's acceptance of these terms or updated terms.
• Handles can be changed once every 30 days. Some handles are reserved, and handles from deleted accounts are retired permanently. We may remove or reassign a handle that impersonates someone or breaks these terms.

Membership

Free members can keep a vault and share a Public page that displays their collection. Selling requires a membership. Membership is $9.99 per month. Anyone can apply to open a marketplace. PeerlyCollect activates marketplaces at its discretion and may decline any application without giving a reason; membership details are provided when your marketplace is activated. Items in any vault can receive offers, and only members can view and respond to them. Activation, or an invitation from PeerlyCollect, is not an endorsement, background check, or promise about any seller, item, or sale.

Invited pages

PeerlyCollect may prepare a page, including a handle, branding and items, for an invited creator. The page stays private until claimed. Claiming gives the creator full control, including editing or deleting anything on it. Unclaimed pages may be removed.

Selling and buying

• Sellers must describe items accurately, including condition, and use photos of the actual item they own. Raw or sealed items that come with a stock image, such as comic covers, can use it, and it's labeled as such. Graded items need the seller's own photo.
• Offers and Buy Now requests close after 7 days without a response.
• When a seller accepts an offer, the buyer and seller have an agreement with each other. Payment is arranged directly between them, and the seller ships the item to the buyer's address, or hands it over at a card show if the buyer chose pickup.
• If a sale falls through, it can be reopened under the deal's payment and reopening rules, and the item becomes available again. Once the buyer marks Item received, or the seller marks a pickup as Picked up, the sale is final for members on PeerlyCollect and can't be reopened by them. PeerlyCollect may correct deal records, including reversing a completed sale record that was made for testing or in error.
• Received items are added to the buyer's vault, hidden until the buyer chooses to show them.
• Sellers who list consigned items must have the owner's permission to sell them and handle the sale as the seller.

Shipping

Shipping. Sellers include the cost of shipping within the United States in their prices. PeerlyCollect currently supports buyers and sellers in the United States only. Sellers pack and ship the items they sell. PeerlyCollect is a platform for individual sellers. Every sale is between the buyer and the seller. A seller's lost-package policy is the seller's own commitment to the buyer, shown with each deal.

Card show pickup

Card show pickup. Sellers who offer pickup choose the shows they attend and any suggested deposit. Deposits, payment and the handoff are arranged between the buyer and the seller. A seller may mark a missed pickup as a no-show, which ends the deal. PeerlyCollect is a platform for individual sellers. Every sale is between the buyer and the seller.

Trades

Trades work the same way: once both members accept, each ships their items to the other. Reopening a trade needs both members to agree. Once either member marks Item received, the trade is final on PeerlyCollect and can't be reopened, and each member's received items are added to their vault, hidden.

Not allowed

• Counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented items
• Photos of items you don't own
• Harassment, threats, or spam
• Anything illegal
• Using someone else's account, or creating accounts to get around a removal

Our role and disputes

PeerlyCollect does not process payments, hold funds, ship items, or decide disputes. Payment and delivery problems are between the buyer and the seller, and may be covered by your payment provider or carrier. Members choose their own payment methods and are responsible for that choice. Some payments can't be reversed. PeerlyCollect is not responsible for whether an item is shipped, paid for, or as described.

Reviews and replies

Reviews reflect the experience of the member who wrote them, not PeerlyCollect. PeerlyCollect may hide reviews and replies that break the review rules, and doesn't hide reviews because of disagreement.

Your content

You own the photos and information you add. By adding them, you give PeerlyCollect permission to store and display them as part of running the site, for example on your page, in offers, and in link previews when an item is shared.

Item information

Item details on the site, including those suggested by VaultScan, may be incomplete or wrong. Check details yourself, and don't rely only on information on this site when deciding to buy or sell.

Removal and suspension

We may remove a page from the Sellers directory, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. PeerlyCollect may remove a marketplace or membership at its discretion, including after reports that a member didn't complete a sale in good faith.

Names and images

PeerlyCollect is an independent platform. It is not approved, endorsed, or affiliated with VeeFriends, LLC, Topps, UFC, or any other brand or company whose products appear on the site. Product names, images, and set names belong to their respective rights holders, and we use them only to identify items for collectors.

Disclaimers

PeerlyCollect is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from sales, trades, or use of the site.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
