What is PeerlyCollect?
PeerlyCollect is a home for your collection and a marketplace with your name on it. Collectors with a community keep their vault here, show it off, and buy, sell and trade directly with the people who follow them. There are no transaction fees.
What can I collect here?
Cards, coins and comics, starting with VeeFriends and UFC & MMA. More categories will be added over time.
What's the difference between Private, Public and Marketplace?
Private: only you can see your page. Public: anyone can view your collection, and nothing is listed for sale. Marketplace: your page is public and the items you list are for sale. Marketplace requires a membership.
Do I need a membership?
No. Anyone can keep a vault and share a Public page for free. Selling requires a membership. Applications to sell on PeerlyCollect are open. We're activating new marketplaces in small groups. Membership is $9.99 a month once you're active, with no fees on your sales.
How do I get a marketplace?
Apply to sell. We're activating new marketplaces in small groups and will reach out by email.
Someone made an offer on an item in my vault. How do I see it?
Offers are open to members. Apply to sell from the offer or from My Account.
What is VaultScan?
VaultScan reads photos of your item and fills in its details, like the product, number and parallel, so it's ready for your vault. Always check the details before you publish.
How do offers work?
Open a seller's page, pick an item and choose Make an offer. You can name a price or leave it blank and start a conversation. The seller can accept, decline or counter, and you can counter back as many times as you both like. Either of you can withdraw while the offer is still open. Everything happens in My Offers, with a private conversation for each offer. On Marketplace pages you can make an offer on any item, even ones not listed for sale.
How does Buy Now work?
Some items have an asking price. Choosing Buy Now sends the seller a request at that price. The sale is agreed once the seller accepts it.
How do trades work?
Choose Propose a trade on a seller's page, pick the items you want from their vault and the items you'd give from yours. The seller can accept, decline or counter with a different mix. You can have one open trade per item with each collector at a time.
How do I share an item?
Open any item and tap the share button. You'll get a link that opens straight to that item on the seller's page.
Who am I actually buying from?
PeerlyCollect is a platform for individual sellers. Every sale and trade is directly between the buyer and the seller. PeerlyCollect isn't part of the sale, doesn't hold any money, and doesn't stand behind any item, payment or shipment. Get to know who you're dealing with, just as you would anywhere else.
How do payments work on PeerlyCollect?
You arrange payment directly with the other member. PeerlyCollect does not process payments, hold funds, ship items, or decide disputes. Members choose their own payment methods and are responsible for that choice; some payments can't be reversed. Payment and delivery problems are between the buyer and the seller, and may be covered by your payment provider or carrier.
What if the seller says my payment didn't arrive?
Use the deal conversation to check the payment details with the seller. After you mark Payment sent, the seller can mark Payment hasn't arrived. The items stay reserved for 72 hours while you work it out; the seller can confirm receipt sooner or reopen after that window. You can cancel the purchase to release the items immediately. If you already paid, settle it with the seller before cancelling.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
Check the tracking and the seller's lost-package policy shown with the deal. That policy is the seller's own commitment to you. Seven days after shipment, you can choose Item hasn't arrived in the deal and message the seller. If it arrives later, mark Item received. If the seller sends a refund, mark Refund received only once it reaches you. PeerlyCollect doesn't ship items or decide disputes; payment-provider or carrier options may apply.
How do reviews work?
Both sides can review a completed deal within 30 days. Reviews stay hidden until both submit or 14 days have passed. Each review can be edited once within the review window. The reviewed member can add one public reply and edit it once. Reviews reflect the experience of the member who wrote them, not PeerlyCollect. Reviews and replies may be hidden for breaking the review rules, not because someone disagrees.
Does an invitation mean PeerlyCollect checked the seller?
No. Marketplaces are activated at PeerlyCollect's discretion. Activation is not an endorsement, background check, or promise about any seller, item, or sale.
How do I report a problem with a deal?
Choose Report a problem in the deal and add the reason and a message. Admins can read the report; reporting doesn't change the deal's status. PeerlyCollect doesn't decide disputes between members, but may act on a marketplace or membership after reports that a member didn't complete a sale in good faith.
Who pays for shipping?
Prices on PeerlyCollect include shipping. Sellers build shipping into their price, so the price you see includes delivery within the US. When you send a Buy Now request or an offer, the seller sees your city, state and ZIP so they can decide before accepting. Your full address is shared only after the seller accepts.
Can I buy or sell from outside the US?
Not yet. PeerlyCollect is US only for now. Buyers and sellers need a US shipping address.
What is card show pickup?
Some sellers offer pickup at card shows they're attending. If a seller has upcoming shows, you'll see them on their page, and you can choose "Pick up at a card show" when you use Buy Now or make an offer. The price is the same, and you don't need to share a shipping address.
Do I need to pay a deposit for pickup?
Sellers can suggest a deposit, which you'll see before you send your request. Any deposit, and the rest of the payment, is arranged directly between you and the seller. The seller records it on the deal as received or paid in full.
What if I can't make it to the show?
Before pickup, you can switch the deal to shipping at the same price. If you don't show up, the seller can mark a no-show, which ends the deal and puts the item back up for sale. Whether a deposit is returned is between you and the seller.
What does "Consigned" mean?
The seller is selling the item on behalf of its owner. You deal with the seller just like any other sale. PeerlyCollect is a platform for individual sellers. Every sale is between the buyer and the seller.
What if a seller has to reopen a sale?
If an accepted sale falls through, reopening follows the deal's payment rules. After Payment sent, the seller must use Payment hasn't arrived and wait 72 hours before reopening, unless the buyer cancels first. After Payment received, reopening needs both members to agree. The item goes back to being available and the offer moves to your history. For trades, reopening needs both sides to agree, and every item goes back to how it was before the trade. Once the buyer marks Item received (or the seller marks a pickup as Picked up), the sale is final for members on PeerlyCollect and can't be reopened by them. For trades, once either person marks Item received, members can't reopen the trade. PeerlyCollect may correct deal records made for testing or in error. Existing pickup and historical deals keep their applicable reopening rules.
What happens when I mark an item received?
The item is added to your vault, hidden until you choose to show it, with a private note of where it came from that only you can see. Pickups are added when the seller marks them Picked up. PeerlyCollect is a platform for individual sellers. Every sale is between the buyer and the seller.
Where can I get help?
