Privacy

What we collect

• Account: your email, password, and basic sign-in records.
• Profile: your handle, display name, and anything you choose to add, like a bio, region, links, profile photo, and banner. Buyers without a handle give a name that sellers see on their offers.
• Preferences: if you're signed in, your preferred showcase theme.
• Shipping address: your name, address, and optional phone number.
• Payment instructions: if you sell, the details you enter for how buyers pay you (for example, your payment handle).
• Your vault: photos and details of your items, such as product, year, condition, price, and notes.
• Offers and trades: the items, prices, status, and messages in each conversation.
• Payment sent details: the method, reference and screenshot a buyer adds when marking payment sent.
• Shipping details: carrier, tracking number, and signature and insurance flags.
• Deal reports and review reports: the reason and any note you submit.
• Reviews, replies and ratings: the feedback you submit about a deal.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider receives basic information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.

How we use it

• To run your account, your vault, and your page.
• To send offers, trades, and messages between members.
• To send emails about your account, offers, and trades.
• To identify items when you use VaultScan.
• Applications and marketplace requests: we store the information you send with a request (your name, email, the handle you'd like, your links, what you collect and where you sell today) to review it and contact you.
• To provide support, keep the platform running properly, and meet legal requirements.

Who it's shared with

• Your public page: if you make your page Public or Marketplace, anyone with the link can see your profile and your visible items. Hidden items are never shown on your page. When you or someone else shares a link to one of your items, the link preview shows that item's title and front photo. Published reviews, replies and ratings are public on members' pages, subject to page visibility and the review rules.
• The other member in an offer or trade: When you send a Buy Now request or an offer, the seller can see your city, state and ZIP code. Your full shipping address is shared with the seller only after they accept. In a trade, both members see each other's address after the trade is accepted. When you accept an offer as a seller, the buyer receives your payment instructions. If a sale is reopened, these details stop being shared. If a seller offers card show pickup, the shows they add (name, dates, venue and city) appear on their page. Pickup deals don't share a shipping address unless the buyer switches the deal to shipping.
• Payment and shipping details in a deal: payment sent details a buyer adds (method, reference and screenshot) are visible to the other member in that deal and to admins. Shipping details (carrier, tracking number, and signature and insurance flags) are shared with the other member in the deal.
• Service providers: we use outside services to host the site, store data and photos, and send emails. When you use VaultScan, your item photos are sent to an AI image service only to identify the item.
• Our team: Admins may access a member's account to provide support, and that access is logged. Staff can access account information, including shipping addresses and seller payment instructions, when needed for support, to keep the platform running properly, or for legal reasons. Payment sent details a buyer adds (method, reference and screenshot), deal reports and review reports are visible to admins.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

Browser storage

We save a few things in your browser to make the site work: your login session, a short-term note of how you signed up (until it's saved to your account), your VaultScan settings, and display preferences such as grid or showcase view, items per row, theme and display mode speed. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Deleting your account

When you delete your account, we remove your login, profile, vault items, photos, scan history, shipping address, payment instructions, and preferences. Offer and trade history stays visible to the other member, shown as "Deleted account," because it's part of their records too. Your handle is retired permanently and can't be claimed by anyone else.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, hide any item, keep your page private, or delete your account at any time from My Account.

Invites

For invites, we hold the invited person's email and name to manage the invite. If an invite is cancelled, or not claimed within 90 days, we delete them.

Age

You must be at least 18 to use our site.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
